Rosewood Bungalow
The house located on this site in Rosewood previous to the modular home was destroyed by a fire. The homeowners wanted something fast and affordable to replace the rental property that burned, and decided that modular was the best option. This plan is Mod-U-Kraf's Hampton II, which features a master bedroom, living room, kitchen, master bath, and half bath on the first level, and an unfinished second level. Part of the construction process for this home involved framing in the upstairs and building 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom.
