What Does Green Mean?
In the construction industry, "green" represents the same values and options that we think of when we make environmentally and economically responsible decisions for our personal lives.
For Haynes Construction, "green" means using discretion when we select our homesite, using renewable, environmentally friendly building materials for the construction of our homes, ensuring that our homes are energy efficient, and educating ourselves, our customers, and our peers about the benefits of green building.
In 2007 , Haynes Construction started building our first "green" home. Located in the new Atrium Park development in Keenan Terrace, this home offers green features. Not only that, the Atrium Park home is modular, which is inherently green since factory environments produce very little building waste. What makes this home green?
