Chapin Guest House
This house, located in Chapin, SC was a three-section modular home built as a mother-in-law suite on the homeowner's property. The house, which was the Appilachian stock plan in Mod-U-Kraf's design gallery, was built in the style of a country bungalow, with two bedrooms, two baths, a living room, dining room, and kitchen.
